How long is the time limit for goods returned after purchase?

Is there a charge?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you can apply for return within 15 days after receiving the goods. The return freight shall be borne by itself.

Return procedure:

1. Log in to this website.

2. Find "my order" and click "return".

3. Check the goods you need to return and the reason for return and "submit".

4. Pack your package. Please write "return code" after the addressee so that we can process your returned package as soon as possible.

5. It is recommended that you send it back to Shunfeng as much as possible. If you use hongkong post to send back the returned items to us, please do not send them by registered mail. Please send them back by ordinary mail. If you send them by registered mail, the warehouse may not be able to get them from the post office, which will affect your refund progress.

Under what circumstances are goods not returnable?

1. The following items cannot be returned or replaced: tights, underwear, swimwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarf, bag and Mermaid blanket).

2. The returned goods must be in the unused state together with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
